Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week) Maintenance Clerk
Effective June 11, 2012

The Maintenance Clerk provides clerical services and administrative support to the Operations Department. Key responsibilities include answering telephones and greeting visitors in a professional manner, facility rentals, accounts receivable, recording meeting minutes, ordering school supplies, as well as, maintenance requisitions.

A strong secretarial background with Microsoft Office, bookkeeping and Internet is required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently and have the interpersonal skills to be able to interact with a variety of personalities. Good organizational skills, oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.

Qualifications:
? completion of a post-secondary Business Administration diploma
? knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite of software, internet and e-mail protocol
? 2 years of formal experience performing responsible clerical and secretarial work
? other combinations of education, training, and experience which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position may be considered
